Painting Process Animation

I've never uploaded an animated .gif before, so hopefully it works.  I'm going to turn this into a hybrid digital watercolor, but I'm sharing snippets of a relatively new process I have for sketching and achieving a composition I like.

1.  I start out with some thumbnails.
2.  I choose one I like and then scribble out more of the idea.  After that it's just refinement and adjustment and refinement and adjustment.
