“You haven’t seen anything suspicious around here lately, have you?” The tall, lanky stranger hovered close to you.
“Um, don’t think so. Sorry.” You muttered as you tried to continue on your way, why did all the crazy people always pick you to talk to?
Something on your face must have told him you thought he was bonkers because he pulled out his ID and flashed it in front of your face.
“Sorry to disturb you, miss, but I’m part of the local police force and I’m just scouting the area for possible…disturbances.”
“Where’s your uniform?” You challenged.
I look down at my arms that lay submerged in the water, the last of the blood coming off of the hour old cuts. I sigh. The hot water stung and burned, but I had grown accustomed to the heat.
"What am I going to do with myself?" I mumble aloud. I gently rub the last of the blood off of my wrists, and I let myself slide downwards until my ears are underwater. My hair floats around and I enjoy the sensation of the hot water all over my body. It wasn't often Owen left for the night so I liked to make use of my boyfriend's absence, even if he didn't approve. I let out a deep breath, trying to keep the tears from falling down my face.

She could feel every neural pathway in her mind, hot and pulsating, as if there were liquid metal coursing through her as each synapse fired. Of course, that was impossible. Even though her mind was evolving, twisting, changing, slipping, tearing, growing, breathing—
A Time Lord consciousness had no corporeal form. It wasn’t made of metal. It was emotional fire and knowledge coiling into her skull.
The Doctor-Donna. Part human, part Time Lord.
Donna Noble looked around the control room, and when she glanced at the console, the name of every knob popped into her head. She knew how to steer the TARDIS, how to land her (at least a
Note: This is, kind of, sort of a sequel to Rematch-10th Doctor X Reader, only in the sense that the staring contests from that story are mentioned here. Also, the reader calls the Doctor Doc, just like in the other one. So yeah, it most likely is a sequel, or at least connected.
"Come on, (Y/N)! Pick your feet up! Left, right, left, right!"
"I'm trying, Doc! I'm not as fast as you!"
"Well, you're going to have to be. We have to find the TARDIS before they catch us!"
Just hearing the word 'they' was enough to kick-start the adrenaline in your veins in
You woke up in a cold sweat nearly on the verge of tears. "D-Doctor?!" You whispered fearfully. You got up, cringing as your bare feet touched the cold metal floor of the TARDIS. You shuffled your way down the hallways just hoping to get there faster. Finally you arrived at the door. You knocked on it softly. "Doctor?" You whispered again.
"Mmph" came the tired response from the raggedy man. "Yeah? Come in"
You opened the door and walked in slowly. "I um....I had a bad dream....I wanted to make sure you were okay" you said blushing slightly as you sat on the edge of the bed.
He motioned for you to come closer and when you did he hugged you
"Hello! I'm the Caretaker!"
A familiar voice spoke out in the halls of the school. But it wasn't just any school... It was ______s. Her teacher went silent as she too heard the voice from the halls. Along with the voice there were the sound closing doors... That's when the classroom door opened, revealing a man with grey hair, wearing a light brown trench-coat styled work overalls. ______s eyes opened wide as she instantly put her head down, hiding her face with her hand.
"Excuse me, what are you doing?" Her teacher questioned the random man, who looked over at the teacher confused.
"I am introducing myself. Isn't that what I have to do? S
"Why are you so cold?"
The Doctor turned seeing ______ stood before him, her eyes sad. He instantly frowned, a shocked expression slowly forming.
"I am not cold." He stated, stepping forwards, looking down at the girl who looked up at him with a soft expression, pity almost.
"No?" She raised an eyebrow. "Then why all that just then, with Clara?" She nodded towards the door where Clara had stormed out from.
"I was teaching her a lesson. You know, she's a teacher, she needs training too sometimes." He narrowed his eyes, turning to the console, beginning to press buttons on the console.
"I don't blame her for walking out." _____ spoke, caus
(Just a fun short drabble thingy that was sort of requested by runraggedycas - slight follow up from 'Caretaker?', Enjoy!)
"Hey!" You greeted the Doctor as you strolled into the blue box. You popped your coat over the rail and headed up towards where the Doctor was. He was in his usual spot, on the higher level by his blackboard.
"Hello." He didn't look round or watch as you approached. There was a pause as you watched him as he scribbled down random numbers and letters in chalk on the board.
"What ya doing?" You narrowed your eyes as he still didn't turn round.
"Hush, brain, thinking." He replied shortly, his accent strong. You rolled yo
'Ouch my head...'
You rubbed the side of your head as you sat up. It soon faded though, just being a weird dull ache. You shook your head as you moved to sit properly on your sofa.
'I must've fallen asleep...'
You turned the TV off, standing up, noticing you were wearing your night clothes... But you couldn't remember changing...
'Oh well... I must be going mad.'
You shrugged, heading towards the hallway of your home to go upstairs to bed, considering it was late. That's when you bumped into something... Something large.
You rubbed your eyes, realising what was in front of you-
'A blue box...? How...'
Then it clicked...
You stood there rubbing your temple as he talked. You know he's clever and all about space and science, as well as looking for adventure. It's just at this moment of time you didn't have a single clue what he was talking about. Words were coming out of his mouth, but not making any sense. You placed your hand over his mouth and he stopped, looking at you.
"Please, stop talking." You slowly removed your hand from his mouth.
"Because I don't know what you're talking about. All those long words.... I don't do long scientific words." You turned around and walked down the steps over to the console. The Doctor tagging along behind you, hi
