It was drawn in an iPad app called Sketchbook Express. (There's also a Pro version which is like $5 or something which I hope to get next time I put money on my iTunes.)

Thanks so much for telling me! I've been looking for something I can use to draw on my iPad with that was good, but didn't cost a lot. XD 
Sketchbook is absolutely awesome - it's even got layers, even if they're limited to three so you have to do some fancy mergework.

Hehe, gorgeous! Apparently I didn't make the colours clear enough in the import image, but they're dark blue and green. But that's alright! Please keep it the way it is, as I believe it's gorgeous :3 I've also added it to the bottom of the import image, so people can find it later Thank you so much for doing this!
Thank you so much for doing this!The blue looked like a slightly bluish purple on my screen and then it wouldn't turn out that bluish when I colored. XD The hazards of arting on my iPad, the app doesn't have a convenient eyedropper tool.
