Pavel and Neon

my oc doesn't have the most Imaginative of names but w/e it might not stick yet. But I adore Pavel from Tron: Uprising. He's such a slimy monster. His treachery and gaslighting gives starscream a run for his money.

Anyway.. yeah not dead yet.
