Hi Marilyn!! I like it all ... pancakes, eggs, hash-browns, and preferably bacon or even bacon, egg and cheese croissants too!! Also enjoy different cereals both hot and cold ... I'm quite flexible when it comes to breakfast foods!! hahahah!!
You just take plums, cut the pits out, slice them into four pieces mix them in a baking tray with water, cinnamon and sugar and then bake them for about 30mins at about 170°C. You can store them in jam jars in your fridge for about two weeks. And if you're not a big plum person it works just about the same with other pitted fruits like peaches, apricots and greengages.

Definitely pancakes, although I eat them sometimes for dinner too Most days it's toast, or cereal...but on vacation, or sometimes at the weekend, I make pancakes, hash browns and eggs ...maybe throw in some bacon too
