Refined some of the lights on the streets and waterfront. Also, bigger version too!

If you haven't guessed already, I really, really, REALLY love Zootopia. xD
I mostly love Zootopia for the whole city itself!
BUT, I was kinda disappointed that we didn't get a nice night time view of the city. :< So, I took it upon myself to make my own night time view. :>
