White Tie Bill

I forgot about this little gem and thought I should color it later. Bill in white tie and coat tails <3 ala Fred Astaire

EDIT: I colored it! I added an actual white tie ensemble and some colored coattails, cause I'd imagine Bill would spice up his wardrobe a lot. I'm rather partial to the rainbow/rave Bill coloring. I'd love to see him in a mandelbrott suit though
