I took a while actually finishing this one. I had to  completely rework this image, but I'm really proud of the result.

Shade’s family has a grist mill and a waterwheel. Shade’s mother has come down with a family illness, and is weak most of the time. She comes from a very well known and inbred family so it’s likely she has a lot of illnesses that her children do not suffer from. Shade has been working the mill for a long time to provide for his mother and sister.
