My crossover idea: What if Joe Gomez from the webcomic Urban Animal (created by Justin Jordan & John Amor) was in the universe of Dino Squad. Joe is a boy with chimera shapeshifer powers (the character is based on Beast Boy and Animorphs), that implies he can shapeshift in any dinosaur too besides from any beast or animal.

Spoilers: In Episode 22, Mutant chimeras attacked people in middle of the rock concert, one of them targeted his close friends. He reacted in transforming into a T.Rex in front of a crowd of hundreds de poeple...literally in front of hundreds of people. He broke one of Joanne Moynihan's protocol of 'Don't expose yourself in public'.
He took the 'Stealth is optional' to another level.
His ideology is like and based on Raiden (Metal Gear), Aiden Pearce (Watch Dogs) and Frank Castle (The Punisher): ''Protect the weak and punish the evil''. Basically a Vigilante. (One Raiden's quote about the cyborg hechmen: 'They sowed their fate when they took this job, i'm just the reaper.').
In other words: Poor Veloci's henchmen, they won't know what hit them.
It got Victor Veloci's attention while he was watching his radar scanners, he noticed something peculiar, the Mutant ADN was different and also indicated the same user's ADN but detected in different dinosaur species during the pattern of encounters. He chuckled as he said: 'A perfect dinosaur specimen has be found'.
Webcomic Spoiler: In season 4 Joe has ability of poison resistance. So a Fight between Oscura (Trodoon's Poisonous bite) and Joe (Poison Resistance) would be interesting.
What would be like the interactions between Joe and Dino Squad gang ...

hmmm...your dinosaur designs and dino squad fanfic is...interesting. is it okay if i can think of something similar to yours? with the characters, dino forms, plot and such?
