This file contains 233 Icons, each in png format, as well as ico format with 8x8 16x16 32x32 48x48 64x64 128x128 All of the countries of the world state flags are represented, though, because some countries share the same state flag, they're not duplicated, and I went with the one I knew of better.
If you prefer to get the icon set elsewhere, due to deviantarts occassional slowness, it is also located here [link]
Anyway, use however you want, personal, commercial, whatever, just don't redistribute them
