Emotions by bluebutterfly Emotions by bluebutterfly
Photograph of a friend in photo class. There was something on the negative and the photo looks scratchy =( (Sad)

Part of a series of photos I took back in 1999-2000 for my high school Intro to Photo class.

Assignment - Take a photograph that represents emotions.

i've seen many photos like this, but the lightning on this one really makes the scene.
you captured a great scene.

once again the choice of b & w was a good choice ;) (Wink)

But the dark demon

I really like this shot. It just leaves so much for the imagination to come up with why she is sitting there. Wonderful shot.

i don't see enough "emotions" but maybe that's exactly the emotions you're talking about.

nice compostion and exposure. good shot!

makes we want to tap her on the shoulder and ask whats wrong. great photo, and the scratchiness almost lends to the overall attractiveness of the picture, almost like she's sitting in a really dusty place, all alone.

Woderful shot. Good use of color (or lack thereof). Powerful image.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Great photo! The lighting is somewhat...what's the word...tender? Which is a really nice effect. You've definitely captured emotion. :) (Smile)

Oh nice. I really like the photo.
Full of meaning.
B&W pics are really awesome for people shots.

A cool shot... the choise of B/W vs color was very good.... she has the possibility to be quite attractive, but since you can't see her face it puts a new spin on things... A nice job
All good things come to an end. I long for the day the same can be said for the bad ones.
