My giantess belly problem

A few days ago I got cursed by a witch, she made me into a giant that has an effect for 48 hours, at the night I felt so hungry so I eaten some small vehicles around the Forest, but after an hour I felt my belly kept growling and gurgling so loud. I didn't feel any hunger nor stomach pain, it's just.... Growling... So then a Doctor came by and asked me to lift her up on my hand next to my belly so she can examine it. She's still thinking about the issue but slowly she's getting hungry too after hearing my belly growling as loud as a siren.. 😅
