Hi Everyone :wave:
A warm welcome to all new members. 

Straight on to the updates:

Submission Reminders
Just a general reminder that when submitting to the group, you need to make sure your submission is going into the right folder. Submitting to the folder from the group gallery page is the easiest way to do this.

Also members should note that it may take up to a week for submissions to be approved for the gallery. I am a busy person and don't always have time to be approving submissions frequently. If you are unsure whether something is pending/been declined etc. make sure to keep the submission messages dA gives you in your inbox and don't resubmit unless you are certain that the submission expired and wasn't declined.

Reminders
:bulletblue: Call for a new admin to help run contests etc. :bulletblue:

If there is anyone out there who thinks they are capable of coming up with exciting contests for the group to run and then running them, getting prizes together etc, then you should send a note to the club with an expression of interest to work as a group admin. Part of your role with the group would also be to check through the gallery once in a while and move any submissions that have gone in the wrong category to their rightful place. You would not be responsible with dealing with submissions and notes to the group that don't concern contests. So. If any of you out there think you would like to have a go at this role - could you please send a note to the group with "Admin Interest" as the subject ASAP. Prior experience with running a group on dA is preferred but not required :)


:bulletblue: Donating towards Super Group :bulletblue:

Here at #blue-club we love our members, we want them to be the most important thing about this group. We also want to let other people be able to appreciate how great our community is because of our members. 

Having #blue-club as a super group again would not only mean a prettier and more organised group base but would also mean more power to the members. We will be able to have more featuring of our wonderful members' art and better organisation of contests which give back to you members :)

Not very active but we do still accept submissions - we only have one admin and I don't come on this site anymore except to approve submissions here - I try to do so at least once a month but sometimes I do forget.

We're not completely dead but we only have one admin and i'm unfortunately only able to get on about once a month at the moment to accept deviations and stuff. If anyone wanted to help with running the group i'd be open to hearing from them but otherwise we'll be sticking to accepting any submissions about once a month and not much more than that unfortunately.
