Hi-Yah! Looks like another martial artist has join the Rebelz. And a feisty young lady who is prepared for a fight. Well, this Flame of Kung Fu, Willow, is one fierce opponent to beat. The name Willow does not sound like a chinese name, which was why she chose her name as Huo-Mei (Huo means Fire and Mei means sister). Upbeat as she is, she tends to bring in more fun into the Rebelz with her energetic nature. As the Practitioner of the Rebelz, she has mastered sorts of martial arts which can be on par with our Artist, Hanasuke. She can also be very creative by creating unexpected movesets to confuse enemies. Will O Arts is simply a mixed martial arts just involved with fire bending. Her hair bun and pigtails will glow with a blue flame like a will o wisp. And each time she gives off a powerful move, the blue flame will grow larger to indicate how strong her attack it. Not just physical attack, her hands and legs can pack a fiery hot kick or punch which can either be a projectile or a combination attack to burn off enemies. Like i said, she is a feisty one. But outside of her fighting attitude, she is also a great cook as shown by cooking oriental meals when Mikan is off duty to cook. She is also hard-working as she does not waste time to train whenever she could.

Before being transported to Action Planet, Willow was from a world where she was a rival of a main character who is a chef and has a panda as her pet and mascot. She and the main character would always be challenging each other be it cooking or a surprise move made by Willow herself to prove herself better than the main character. But she can forget this rivalry as she has been transported into action planet. During her time, she works at a restaurant as either a waiter that serves chinese food or a chef that cooks the food, who knows the Nikuman from Moeyo Ken was her making. Many of her customers praise for her excellent service.

(She claims inflating herself makes her much lighter, rounder, and stronger. Therefore, she is proud of it!)
