When you look at this girl, does she look unusual? Well its hard to tell but Charlotte here, is a "failed" genetic experiment. How is she a failure you may ask? Genetic Experiments in the mind of a mad scientist are supposed to be intimidating and ferocious like, not some cutesy girl. But anyways, Charlotte is one quirky character with a extraordinarily weird but unique super-ability that seems to be related to a diary product, CHEESE! She can grow extra cheese-like limbs out from her very own backpack. Even her arms and legs can also convert into those too. These cheese-like limbs are pretty elastic as she is also able to stretch far distances. Not only that, they are pretty much strong too! To the extent they can lift up weights or break boulders into pieces, making them to be pretty useful for her to do extra work. Aside from her cheese ability, her little antenna on top of her hat is capable of speaking. (As this was made by both Akahana and Millie) Charlotte is more of an airhead and carefree experiment, which she does not display any vengeful attitude to humans, given to her past. She can be flirtious to others without knowing, making her oblivious as such. But however, she still remains as one of the most mysterious ones due to people not being able to understand her.

Her Backstory is that in her own world, she is a genetically made experiment by a group of scientists where they plan to takeover the world. But somehow, they created a humanoid girl instead. Outraged, they decided to label her as a failure due to the fact that she look neither strong nor ferocious. However, none of the scientists know she possess that cheese ability which can make her unstoppable. Not only that, she is pretty much more intelligent than an ordinary girl, having an IQ of 190. Its their loss... She was treated indifferently when she first transported into Action Planet. The rebelz found her at their place by accident and decided to recruit her. I mean who wouldnt recruit a cute girl? Neeheehee!

(She loves being round! Though can be oblivious but she find it fun!

Fun fact: Her alter-ego U.C.E is pronounced as Ushi which in japanese translates to cow. She isnt related to cow but cheese is made from milk which is made by cow.)
