Race Track Troubles (Lore)

With trying to draw Lilly more, I decided it might be nice to actually draw some of Lilly's lore.

For anyone who doesn't know, Lilly is trans, and I've displayed that multiple times over my profile about her. When Lilly was young (about like kid-teen years), she always found it hard to fit in, especially with her interest in racing and coming out as trans. None of the other kids were accepting to the fact she was an Acura 2.5 TL who wanted to race with the kids who KNEW how to—and who thought they were qualified racing material. Lilly has always admired the racing nature, especially since her father used to be an infamous drift racer around her city before she was born.

Lilly's dad would often teach her his tricks whenever she was around, and he still does when she visits!

But, when Lilly was young, she tried to race with the others, wanting to race with the JDM cars she knew around that liked to both dirft race and drag race. Although, because Lilly wasn't "like them" or had special modifications to be fast, they neglected her to race with them. It only grew worse when they started to tease and pick at her for her dream of wanting to race. They especially weren't too kind at the fact she was trans either...

In the artwork, Lilly decides to join a race anyways, wanting to show off what she knows to prove them wrong; however, a familiar face to her speeds up on her and notices her on the track, suddenly pushing her into the guard rail and mocking her, shouting her dead name, and screaming at her to leave the race track. Lilly tries to defend herself, but she can't with being so physically restricted by another car much more 'powerful' than her.

I do hope to draw Lilly in some more light-hearted artworks, but I thought why not share some lore about her since it's been a moment since I've posted about her!
