PEPPER!

Holy hell I finally FINISHED THIS

So, this is pepper! She's a newer oc of mine and she's also Penny's sister!

Pepper is a party animal who doesn't know the word "chill" but I definitely knew I'd draw at some point

You can also see pepper has a couple of design elements, such as a rusty spare wheel and a strange pinstriping on the hood, which I did on purpose since she's based off a car I had seen!

This took way too long to get done haha, but I wanted to try shading it and everything and so I spent over 12 hours getting it done... But it's finally finished now! And I'm actually kinda proud of it
