Luhrman is a one-off character who only appeared in the season 2 episode "I Don't". He was a groomsman who escorted Daria, a bridesmaid, in her cousin Erin's wedding party. "Weird Al" Yankovic is an American musician known for his song parodies and Polka medleys. You know what? He won like five Grammies and has been hilarious since the 1970s, so if you do not know who he is, I feel sorry for you.

One of Luhrman's main physical characteristics is his unruly hair, which is what made me think of a Weird Al crossover. Add a Hawaiian shirt, an accordion, and done.
