It's Jamie White from Daria as Link from The Ocarina of Time!
This image is done in the spirit of the Daria end credit sequence.
Jamie is one of the three guys who always follows Daria's sister Quinn around hoping for a date. At least he has a last name, unlike Joey and Jeffy.
I chose Link for Jamie because they both have blonde hair. That's it. That's the reason.
I do hope you hard core Link fans aren't too offended at my artistic license with the shield and sword. My personal reasoning was that if I had been drawing Link, I would have taken my time to get the sword and shield just right, but this isn't Link. This is another character essentially in a Link costume, so his props are not 100% perfect. I did work hard on them, as they are, though.
