Final project for Computer Graphics I: make a booklet with a theme of 10 things, using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. My theme is "10 Broadway Musicals". My first concept was to create an entire photomanipulation illustration in Photoshop for each musical representing a scene, and while my professor appreciated that I was thinking big, she advised that I just do a vignette of a character to go with each musical because I didn't have enough time to do something so complex.

So that's what I ended up doing: making a quick photomanipulation for each character in a frame, hanging on a wall, with a lyrics excerpt inside a vector border made in Illustrator.

Page four is the new musical Love Never Dies, which is a sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, both by Andrew Lloyd Webber. I was super excited about it when I found the whole soundtrack on YouTube, but after just a few songs I was severely disappointed. The music is totally different from the first one (I thought surely Webber would sample from Phantom, but no) and the plot reads like a bad fanfiction. :( However, I really love the song "'Til I Hear You Sing"--it really represents the Phantom.

:star: Listen to the song (sung by eye candy Ramin Karimloo ) here: 'Til I Hear You Sing
