Opinicus WIP

Uploading some things to prove that I haven't been completely slack for the last six months... this opinicus is one of three (the other two being actual griffins) which I am making for my ceramics class at TAFE. He's looking a little bit gremlin-like in appearance, largely due to my habit of making cute, bug-eyed things out of clay.

Sculpture is approximately 50cm long and 25cm tall. Clay used is JB3 porcelainous white.

Those feathers are killing me.
