We all wish this is what would happen, but alas, no.

I keep on hoping things will revert to normal but the reboot seems to be sticking. Oh, well. I guess I'm saving money by buying fewer comic books every week.

I have an idea on how they could fix things between them without another history-screwing crisis.

Oh? Do tell.

Y'know how Joker told Harley he didn't love her and chained her up with a bunch of bodies he claimed were past Harley Quinns (saying she wasn't the first)? Well, doesn't it feel like that just came out of nowhere? You'd think Batman would have mentioned it at some point.

So then I realized: since she thought he was dead, Harley basically got snagged by Deadshot on the rebound. (After about 5 minutes. What loyalty. :sarcasm:) This would undoubtably make the Joker, who as we all know clearly takes pride in being so unique, feel like he's been replaced. Like he was unloved. Now how would his twisted mind react? By making Harley feel like she was replaceable as payback. Taking a bunch of random dead bodies and lying by telling Harley she was just the latest in a long line of them seems like how he would do that. My theory is that it was all a joke to get back at her, and he's now waiting for her to get it.

I'd done my best to forget that sequence as it was so over the top ridiculous to me I couldn't even process it. I like your idea much better.

I really don't know why they can't have two different comic series, the new 52 and continuing on from where they were before new 52; then everybody's happy.

Seems like they're kind of aiming for that with thing like Lil' Gotham and Batman 66.

Haha, this should be a thing. It would be a hella lot better then the comic series they're pumping out now.
It's not that I don't think woman should show cleavage or that they can't have skimpy outfits, but Harley s costume was unique and reflected her personality and clown persona. This outfit doesn't even reminisce what a clown looks like much less a harlequin.

Yeah. I'm not bothered by sexy outfits at all. I love Emma Frost's classic costume. But it also fits the character. Harley is a clown. Why is she wearing a nightie with thigh-highs and and a mini cape? It's just poor design.

DC is having another dark faze. It's kinda sad to cos they pumped out a really good batman series before this one. "No Mans Land" I think it's one of the best batman arcs out there.

I love No Man's Land. I think DC will have another up swing at some point but I haven't been buying many of their books lately. The reboot is not my jam.

Same, but I don't understand why they persist with this New 52 comic. I mean I haven't met one person who likes the designs and most people don't even like the plot.

Eh, stubbornness, I guess? They don't want to admit they made a mistake? Maybe they figure if they shove it down our throats for long enough we'll eventually like it? I have no idea.

There comes a time in everyones life when they realize that there is a difference between stubbornness and stupidity. That time is now DC now!

Amazing.

(It's going to be another one of those dark times for DC.)

Thanks!

Yeah. They're in a pretty big slump, in my humble opinion. Ah well. These things ebb and flow. I'm sure it will improve eventually.

Which comic is it? I have most of the new comics in all of the Batman series, but I don't remember this. If you know it, than I shall have to go and read the comic again. I love the picture, and also hate the new women's costumes.

Oh, it's just a reference to Joker having his face removed in Detective Comics #1. Harley never sewed it back on for him. She did steal his face from the GCP Department and put it on Deadshot briefly. ::sigh::

Of to go reread it, I go! Thanks for telling me. :)
