Hello everypony, Blinkwave here! Today I'll be reviewing another fun episode of DC Superhero Girls Season 2. This episode felt like a mix of Battlebots and Gundam Build and that is something I was not expecting. Still, the episode pulled out the combination well and the final twist was expected but still pulled off perfectly. The new crew are hitting it out of the park and I can't wait to see how they plan to continue captivating the audience as the show continues. The talking points for this review are Toyman, MAXMX and its inspirations and an easter egg I noticed. Starting off with Toyman, this is exactly how I pictured him in this series. A sore loser who always cheats and can't do much of anything well. He is a tech genius, though and uses that to cheat his way through life and pretty much anything else. His voice reminded me of Control Freak's but Alexander Polinsky didn't voice him, instead Charlie Schlatter did. Color me surprised that Kick Buttowski and the Flash himself could

Hello everypony Blinkwave here! First of all, finding info on the cast of these episodes legit took me thirty minutes, but that's dedication. You can thank IMDB for everything later.(Winks)Anyway, this was a fun episode. I love seeing how this show incorporates characters and objects from DC comics in new and unique ways. The talking points for this review will be Ted Kord, the periwinkle Kryptonite and why Clark was wrong about purple Kryptonite. Starting off with Ted Kord, this show keeps pulling the rug out from under me with the characters it features. I knew nothing about this character before this episode but finding out he's also the Blue Beetle, now that's cool. He's specifically the second version of the iconic hero and like in the show is the head of a famous science company. He is a friendly person and often teams up with Booster Gold in hilarious adventures. I hope Booster gets a feature in the show, maybe in a potential season 3. Anyway, I'm sure we'll see Ted's Blue

Hello everypony Blinkwave here! Today I'll be reviewing the first episode of the new season of DC Superhero Girls. I'm so glad the show is back and I can't wait to share my thoughts on the new season with y'all. This episode was great and really demonstrated how well the team-ups on the show work. The talking points for review will be the Riddler, Batgirl's adventure and the try-outs. Starting off with the Riddler, he is just as fun as ever. From coming up with conniving conundrums to confound our carefully cautious compatriots to being far faster than the diligent do-gooders can account for, everything about him is on point.(My alliteration is improving! Yay!) His voice actor, David Hornsby does a great job mastering the unique cadence of a Riddler role. He almost sounds like he came from the Batman show of the 60's, which I love. Hornsby is also known for playing Fan-boy in Fan-boy and Chum-chum, "The Hutch" in Six Feet Under and Rickety Cricket in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
