Another one for the freak file! Haha but a prettier one this time.
This was a request from ~Phobia-Designs, a rather complex request that I hope I did justice. x.x It's for her site's water goddess. This took me ages to do, and there are still some things I'm not quite satisfied with, but overall I'm satisfied enough to put it up. I like how the mane turned out, and the splashes from the back
