SERVICE ADVISORY 001

This is not a scammer advisory but rather a service and service outage advisory. Recently, Bing Image Creator had some performance issues that impacted the AI-artist community on DeviantArt (at least those that use Bing). This created the need for reliable reporting of whether an online service is up, down or running but with issues. To that end, I have created a Discord server that will fulfill that function. At the current time, the server reports on Bing Image Creator and notes and outages or communication delays:

Future developments will include other functionality, like processing delays, and other services.
