SSBU DLC Concepts - Cinderace

Well, I know that this is a quick entry, but I'll say this: figuring out this DLC concept is much more easier than figuring out the more tougher ones, like with Kite, Gunvolt, and my previous entry, so this one is more of an easy read if anything. That, and I know that people are wanting Inteleon, or even Toxtricity more, but still, its not like I'm showing any bias. Anyways, here is the concept for the fire bun. :3 Moves: Neutral B: Pyro Ball - Cinderace can charge up a fireball and can kick it at the opponent. It can't be stored, but can be aimed at from the front or back. Side B: Blaze Kick - Performs a blazing slide kick that can deal more damage if up close, and trip if slid from a distance. Up B: Bounce - Cinderace can summon a fireball and bounces off of it, and unless cancelled, lands downward at an angle with a drop kick. Down B: Counter - Functions exactly as you'd expect, only it takes full damage to deal double, instead of nulling any damage at all, unlike the Fire

Right, this entry has been on a resting point for a while given the search for one last piece, and I know people are still going to be gushing over the reveal of Steve from Minecraft. Yeah, remember one of the rules that called Steve out for a "how the f*** are you supposed to make this character work" level of unrealizability? Well, feel free to throw some egg at my face and make an omlet out of that, because Sakurai (and in term Nintendo) made it work with their programing and his arcane magic. But anyways, that's not what this is for. What this DLC concept is for is the character from Sega's swan song from the console business: Segagaga. Its an RPG where the main protagonist, the one featured on this DLC Concept instalment, is tasked to enter development sectors, battle and negotiate with developers (and Sega characters), and group them to create games to help save Sega and defeat the DOGMA Corperation (Sega's analog against Sony) by gaining full market share. Alright, since the Min Min reveal pretty much destroyed more fan-made barriers to entry (I'm keeping my personal ones up), I was planning on doing on someone like Tsubasa from Tokyo Mirage Sessions for some epic trolling, but then I've also looked at my now obsolete Hater's Guides and been looking at Noctis, and decided that since Sakurai unfucked the idea for more characters from an existing universe, I thought I'd go ahead and do that instead. ...But then I ended up thinking about the sub-series called Final Fantasy Tactics, and thought I'd end up giving FFT obsessed people like Projared something to read at, and here I am, doing a DLC concept for Ramza Beoulve instead of either of the intended characters. Don't worry, I'll get to those before the DLC concludes. Also, I wasn't really sure of the spirits, since I never played the first game myself, so I apologize if some ended up looking wrong, so leave a comment on what edits I should make to the spirit list for this concept. Okay, this entry in my SSBU DLC Concepts series is more of a randomized choice, but I'd thought I'd give this entry to one of the characters that has been given a following, even though his entry into 3D didn't go so well, his PSP entry was going to happen before it got canned, and that it got an HD remaster with multiplayer that was only there temporarily because of contract expiration. You also recognize him from Lowbrow's Sonic for Hire series, a web series I enjoyed watching. His name? ...I think you already saw the title. Also, I didn't feel like putting more spirits on there, because the ones shown here are the most recognizable within his universe. Anyways, enjoy! Moves: Neutral B: Plasma Blaster - Jim uses his main weapon to rapidly fire at the opponent. Like in the games, the blaster's ammunition slowly recharges when not in use, and hold a count of 100. When the button is held with any direction, he can fire in any direction, even in mid-air. Side B: Pocket Rocket -

SSBU DLC Concept - Fulgore

Okay, while I got done with the previous DLC concept, out of curiosity, I've put up a poll on which of the three Killer Instinct characters would be surprisingly revealed as part of Smash's DLC? Jago, Orchid, or Fulgore? And even though there was only 3 votes, two of them went to Fulgore. And while I know I wanted to wait, I pretty much assumed he's going to be the majority, so I decided to work on the DLC concept for him. Also, when I decided to google for the lulz, I did find that someone named EisbrecherATW has came up with a full moveset FOR Fulgore! The only things that's missing is the how the stage works, the alts, the spirits and everything else. With that, I decided to fill in the gaps, so I hope he doesn't mind. Moves & Special Mechanics: Okay, since EisbrecherATW's already got the full moveset for Fulgore in his page on the website in the description, it means his specials are also done as well. Of course, I wanted to share just the specials (I did a change to how his

SSBU DLC Concept - Alice Liddell

Alright, I'll just answer this before it gets asked by you lot: Why would I want to have a character from some literature in Smash? Well, to answer that, I'll ask the following: Did anyone notice that The Witcher series of games is from a series of novels? Year, weird grey area where The Witcher games, which are from the novels, are so great that they can become its own seperate identity, and given that American McGee's Alice and its follow-ups, Madness Returns and the potentially upcoming Asylum, are unofficial sequels to the Louis Carol books, they can be looked at as its own identity as well. Even though I'm going to be called a wingnut, and that this isn't going to see a slot on the second Fighters Pass, I'd thought I'd let it out anyways. Enjoy how I would turn Alice into a fighter, and the madness it will bring. Moves & Special Mechanics: Neutral B: Teapot Cannon - Fires an explosive ball that can damage the opponent and anyone within range. It can also be charged for a longer

SSBU DLC Concept - SF Avatar

SSBU DLC Concept - SF Avatar

Well, there are three things to say. First, I'm probably going to throw my integrity as a normal Sonic player for doing this. Second, Sakurai declared that the second fighter pass is the last one according to a leak, which does show that Sakurai's not going to be pumping out DLC forever. And third, this is the first DLC Concept since after learning about the misconception I pointed out in my latest journal entry, and its about the Avatar from Sonic Forces. Yes, we just got another avatar character in the form of Byleth from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and it sounds like just adding another one would be too much. Well... I don't know, but its m

SSBU DLC Concept - Gunvolt

S

SSBU DLC Concept - Gunvolt

Alright, now I have started on this DLC concept in January, but I did let my brain rest periodically, so it was a slow process when it came to looking at the info on the wiki. Okay, two installments ago, I've talked about the DLC concept for Isaac from The Binding of Isaac, an indie title, and a character that he and Shovel Knight appeared in the fighting game called Blade Strangers. Of course, I decided, in my mind, that I would do the same thing with another character who happens to also happened to be in that same crossover title as him and Shovel Knight. Of course, lets get back to seriousness, Inti Creates endorsed Gunvolt during the du

SSBU DLC Concept - Euden Version 2.0

SSBU DLC Concept - Euden Version 2.0

So when I made the Dragalia Lost DLC concept in the series, it was all before Chapter 10 and Euden's Gala unit form was launched (and yes, there are now Gala versions of the story characters, including the now recently released Gala version of Luca), and given the thought of the move changes, if The Haildom will stay like it is or not, and the thought of expanding the spirit list beyond what it has (enchances, new additions, etc). So I guess with that, I may as well make a Version 2.0 of the Dragalia Lost DLC concept, like how Gala Euden is pretty much Euden 2.0 So, what will be changed? Moves: (In the original version of the Euden concept

SSBU DLC Concept - TBOI Isaac

S

SSBU DLC Concept - TBOI Isaac

Okay, it HAS been a while since I've did one of those concepts, and yes, I did let my brain rest so it won't overload on working on this ongoing series until Sakurai is done with Ultimate and can finally rest. For this DLC concept, we're going to, well, given the title and thumbnail to be more specific, be looking at the potential content from Isaac, as in the Isaac from The Binding of Isaac, not the Isaac from Golden Sun. Now, why TBOI Isaac? Well, considering the fact that indie game characters are represented as either assists, spirits, and with the Banjo-Kazooie update, a Mii Fighter costume of a character everyone nutted over, surely we

Another Overdue Journal Update ...on Eclipse

Another Overdue Journal Update ...on Eclipse

Yup, I haven't made another journal entry since last time, and that was before Eclipse officially became the new DeviantART standard. Anyways, as you can see by the lovely buttons on my About tab, I officially have a Patreon page now! Yep, a page where you can pledge to me, starting for $1 a month! But that's not the main reason why I have it: to shill, I wanted to launch my page, but I didn't exactly have the energy on doing so, therefore held off of launching my page for a long time. But, now I have it, and before you ask, yes, this is mainly for my content on Youtube and Twitch, meaning gaming and streaming, so don't expect me to post art there, or at least 18+ ones, because I want that one to be a clean one. Also, yes, I did add streaming in there, because I also have my Twitch channel linked, so you can come over and see me play games. Would it be for footage of videos? Well, for Twitch highlights at least, which is something I'm wanting to post on BPU Gaming for a while. So at
Currently working on another concept, and I'm currently in the spirit process. Stay Tuned.
