Princess Rasia and Grimgol

The Princess of Pontus was a child prodigy. At ten she tamed her first wyvern and by twelve she was in command of her own battalion of loyal soldiers. By her fifteenth birthday she had conquered northern territories that had been previously overrun with barbarian hordes. While she was worshiped as a brilliant commander, her bloodthirsty tactics and uncanny skill in combat brought her much fear in the eyes of the people. Rasia reveled in bloodshed and torture, always finding new ways to make her prisoners bleed to death for as long as possible. This brought her much power and glory, but she was still a princess and she could still have more. Rasia’s father, King of Pontus, suddenly became seriously ill, death looming over him. With no one to challenge the princess, she seized the throne, executing anyone that stood against her. Would-be assassins were cut down by her monstrous retainer, Mordred.

This reached the ears of Raphael, a mysterious sorcerer from the antiquity. He approached her privately, telling tales of how her strong, burning ambition could be used to take not just any kingdom, but the world itself, if she would but meet his master. Agreeing, Rasia left to the fabled Forsaken Fortress, where she encountered the severed soul of Dread King Isra. Isra offered her to be his eternal queen and despite being a disembodied spirit, his proposition was quite alluring to her. She accepted readily and when she returned to Pontus she did so with the company of a masked wizard who rarely strayed from her side.

Anywho, this is the third and last major villain (until I can think of a reason to have more) who will probably take on the majority of the action as the Hand of Isra.
