EXPERIENCE
I see a surreal, fantasy scene featuring 3 figures who are floating away above some mountain peaks with a moon like orb in the background. It feels like an escape with a stoic leader holding the staff looking forward, a desperate colleague hanging on for dear life and a sleeping child oblivious to the danger.

ELEMENTS
The line work and square patterns spread throughout the piece effectively create a hypnotic look. The facial features of the top two characters are excellent. I like the addition of the staff as it implies something about the main character. The third character is more difficult to see.

In terms of suggestions, I'll focus on composition. I don't see the elements working together to support a single, powerful controlling idea for the piece. For example, if the controlling idea was escape, then you may have shifted your lines to leave more of the third character's legs exposed, increasing the sense of danger. Maybe some shifts in the patterns chosen or less coverage to the right or left could have brought the third character more into focus. The real question here is to just consider how your choice of pattern style and placement reinforce how a piece expresses the central idea behind it.

The use of cloud like patterns and just the top of the peaks, along with the celestial object in the background are very effective for giving the sensation of height and floating.

EVALUATION
It's clear from comparing this piece to the other pieces in your gallery that you have your own distinctive style. This piece is also new subject matter which is why I scored you highest in originality and technique. After studying the piece for awhile I could see a vision of a scene but I couldn't make a strong connection with what might be happening, which is why I scored impact the lowest. Overall though, it is an excellent, interesting piece.
