A Jelloid woman and member of a mining expedition team that unearthed a mysterious Oil based lifeform in a remote part of Sallahm. The entire team was consumed by the gelatinous parasite, but she seemed to have a miraculous immunity to it bonding with the creature instead in a perverse symbiosis. She took it upon herself to see to it that the creature never leave the area and spread destruction. She remains there to this day guarding what the locals have named the Black Oasis from any raiders who try to exploit it's dangerous treasure. She 'curses' any aliens who enter the territory turning them into her slaves by infecting them with the oil.
Though the Sallahmi people tell ghost stories of her as a terror, she's not as cruel as she seems. She's incredibly lonely, but any soul that enters the Oasis is there just to exploit it as well as her. She hates what she has become, but feels responsibility. Her eternal curse. She has nobody in her life now, except the animals that inhabit the area. But the planet being a desert leaves that amount to a very low count.
The oil has broken down much of her body and decomposed it, she already was very squishy due to being a Jelloid but the new form she takes is like a fluid constantly trying to keep itself together, when unwrapped she has difficulty maintaining her form. She can use it to her advantage though in combat and can take on various dangerous forms with her abilities, turn her arms into weapons or even form wings. When angered she can ignite the black parts of her body, the holes on top of her head are vents to prevent her self combusting too much and to let out steam, literally.

Taking a liking to her already.
Also, "Sallahmi people", I'm dead.
My reaction after reading the Description: "oh damn Phyrexian oil sad mummy lady."
Its sad that she's sad and lonely and a misunderstood monster. She needs a hug
Either way, I really like her design, and her history~
Of course, although tbf, all your characters are interesting! You give them such elaborate detailed descriptions, writing them in paragraph form as opposed to listed bio form, which I really like, shows you’ve got great story telling skills. And you always have the coolest designs for them, which really compliments your art style! It makes me want to actually try and make actual references for characters for a game idea I had ; o ;
