If Raynor was infested, he'd be little better than an average infested Terran. Remember; Abathur stated that Sarah's had average Terrans experimented on before with ugly results! So, that in mind, there likely won't be a "King of Blades" no matter how hard Sarah and Abathur try.
Well, that's what alternate universes are for. Who's to say that there isn't an alternate universe that has Jim infested like Sarah was? Plus, thanks to HoTS, there's still a way for someone to be infested that doesn't rely on the Zerg Hyper evolutionary virus.
True. On the other hand, imo, I'm not a big fan of the design. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's "bad". I just feel grossed out by it. :I
Well, Zerg pretty much trademark the word gross. Slime is everywhere with those guys.
I wouldn't use "gross" to describe the Zerg. Personally, I find the Zerg to be quite "unique". They can absorb the DNA of their prey, they reproduce faster than they can die, they can morph into beasts larger than battle machines, they can transform into entire structures, they evolve at a rapid pace (or "revolve", as I like to call it), and they're so powerful they can give military forces a run for their money! As far as I'm concerned, the Zerg are ones to show you that if you bite at nature, it may just bite back!
All that is true, but I was talking about their aesthetic of pulsating organs, dripping ooze, and creepy, giant, bugs/lizards.
So epic.

idk if he'd be much of a king, he doesn't have psi :/ but it would be kinda cool, even though he'd be able to be controlled by kerrigan, and i think she loves him way too much to turn him into that

Hmm.....in terms of personal power he would have been no match for Kerrigan....but he is a much better leader and strategist....this would have been even worse......awesome concept!
For the next installment Raynor should get kidnapped by the hybrids and gets "infested" by them. Then Kerrigan gets to see what it was like fighting her all those years.
In my opinion,this is the best thing that can happen to save this sad story(you know...playing and playing and breathless moments,playing again...then BUM!shit ending to an epic game)...how awesome could this be...
