Claustrophobia

College classes are back, yay! Now I must endure the hours on the bus seat, with no personal space at all. Hence Claustrophobia, hehe... he... ;-;

One I recommend is How to Do The Work, by Dr. Nicole LePera. It's a very well written psychology book to understand the origin of our thoughts (spoiler: they come from past experience, traumas, etc, etc)
