This was made before that episode aired. Her actual look as a filly was not yet known.
And "young Fluttershy" in the show is actually a little bit older than a filly. Fluttershy is probably a year older than most of her friends.

I have a problem with fluttershys legs:/ notice in the episodes when she was a filly her legs are alot longer and sleder then other ponies. Most of the fillies have stubbie legs. But other then that their all very cute:3 instant fave!
