To be close to the earth

I first thought to write a long and constructive comment, but I thought that you'd also be happy with a critique.

What I really love about this picture is the beautiful concept matching with the vintage colors. After a few seconds of viewing I was over-whelmed by the story of this deviation and just had to smile. A great execution, I like how the center of the image is slightly brighter than the rest of the image, a soft yet effective vignetting.
I am sure this won't have looked as good as it does now if it wasn't a square. It may be because I personally adore squares or it just adds so much to composition, well done.
The only thing that slightly distracted me when looking closer was the shoulder on the far left, I don't know if it is just me, but it is a little interrupting.
Besides that, the image is nearly perfect and beautifully done! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/>
Keep it up, you have very much talent.
