2021 ADDENDUM: I DO NOT SELL NFTs. IF YOU FIND MY WORK OR AN EDIT OF MY WORK FLOATING AROUND IN A BLOCKCHAIN, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT.

Since there is apparently some confusion about the usage of my artwork I'm going to clarify a few things:

 If you want to use my copyrighted artwork in your COMMERCIAL work (this includes publications, monetized YouTube channels, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask me about using it. I don't bite, and I do in fact, take commissions. Just shoot me a note here on DA or email me at telemarketeroftheundead(at)gmail.com

 If you do not ask me before using my copyrighted work in your commercial work or publication, at the VERY LEAST CREDIT ME AND LINK BACK TO THIS PAGE somewhere in your work. If you do neither of these things, refer to the next section:

 If you TAKE my copyrighted work and claim it/sell prints of it or otherwise gain revenue from using my work without asking/crediting me, I politely ask that you cease using my work immediately and remove it from your site/shop/etc.. If I have messaged you to take it down and you refuse to do so, I WILL SLAP YOU WITH A DMCA NOTICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

 If you use one of my works that I've marked with the Creative Commons Attribution license, then you do NOT have to ask to use that work, just follow the guidelines for that license and you're good.  

 If you use my artwork for your own personal stuff, be it for a school project, used as your wallpaper, posted to your personal blog, use it for an art study, or whatever...I'm fine with that because it's for your own personal non-commercial usage. Credit is greatly appreciated, but not 100% necessary in these cases.
