Perfect! Yesterday I configured the cursor theme for Linux using the new DIM PRISM version with the 3D cursor version and a modified 3D normal loop that I made. I also added a white drop shadow in all cursor frames because in Linux, there is no cursor shadows option like in windows, and I choose white because I'm a full dark theme user. The result is gorgeous! It's eye-catching and satisfying to watch all 3D animations.

Thanks again for creating this fantastic animated cursor! 3000% satisfied :)

Thank you very much! I really don't have much experience with Linux but I am really glad it worked for you. :)

This is the best cursor skin ever. Used the free version for a long time (4 years, I guess?), now when I have a job, bought one. No regrets, only joy whenever I see my mouse cursor.

哈囉!我購買了 DIM Premium Set 和 Nero 但是動畫在滑鼠移動的時候會 lag

我的螢幕是 144 HZ 我懷疑是動畫跟不上 144 HZ

請問有辦法改善嗎?

謝謝

Hello! I bought the DIM Premium set and Nero, but when I move my mouse, the animation lags.

My screen is 144 HZ and I suspect the animations can't keep up with the 144 HZ speed.

Is there anything I can do to improve it?

Thanks!

Hello. Thank you very much for the purchase and support!

I believe this is caused by the Windows1809 glitch and not your refresh rate. The Windows1809 glitch can occur if you have changed the default "Normal Select" to be animated, I made the default a static non-animated (.cur) version for the glitch to not trigger.

It is best not to change the default non-animated normal select for this matter. But if you still want all the states to be animated including the normal select, replace all the states with a "loop" alternatives included in the bonus cursors folder.

Let me know if you still need help.

No its not because of that. I have a 165Hz screen and it works properly. The problem is Windows. You need to use the "loop" versions of cursors located inside the Bonus folder and then you are good to go.

I bought the DimV4 Premium set but haven't received the download yet. I received a link in my inbox but when i click the link, nothing happens. I see the order in my account but no download link.

Hello. Thank you very much for the purchase and support!

The download button is just below the artwork. If you're having a problem downloading, try these:

- Try to re-download it on a different web browser.

- If you have an ad-blocker, disable/enable then try downloading again.

If you're still having difficulty downloading, message me.

I bought the DIM Premium Set and also the Nero today. It says on your ad that this DIM premium set has both 32 and 48 pixels. But I couldn't find a different size, it's just one size. Unlike the Nero where there's a folder for HD, a bigger cursor. That was actually what I was hoping to get in this purchase, the bigger ones. But sadly it's the same size as the free version.

I also noticed that the animation sometimes stops, for example the spinning animation would stop when I hover over some links on FB so I have to move the cursor away and hover over again to resume the animation. Nero was impressive, no doubt. I love my Nero purchase. But this one, I don't know. I feel like regretting it. Sorry. I mean you're an absolutely great creator but I was just a bit disappointed on this one.

I recorded a short video of the issue I mentioned above.

Good day! Thank you very much for the purchase and support!

Yes, DIM is now available in 2 pixel formats which is 32 and 48 (take note that "pixel formats" are different from "size"). Nero is special for it is available in 2 sizes; regular and HD, which both have 32 and 48 px formats. DIM is only available in 1 size, but have 2 pixel formats. I have mentioned this in the included "Update log" text file: "DIM is now available in 32 and 48 px format. 32 is the default for 100%-125% scale, and 48 for beyond 150%". This means that if you are using Windows scaling of 100-125%, then 32px format will be used, and if you are using 150% scaling and beyond, then 48px format will automatically be used. This process is set to be automatic by Windows, but if you are using Windows10, you can force Windows in using the 48px format even if you are using 100-125% scaling. Click this link for the guide:

Thank you for the effort of recording a video proof. For the animation, the Windows1809 glitch can occur if you have changed the default "Normal Select" to be animated, I made the default a static non-animated version for the glitch to not trigger. If you want all the states to be animated including the normal select, replace all the states with a "loop" alternatives included in the bonus cursors folder.

Hope this helps. :)

Hi BlueGuy, thanks for the response. I'm not a very techy person so I easily confuse pixels with size... I thought those two could be used interchangeably. Yeah, I agree, Nero is special that's why I so love its HD version (which is what I'm using right now). But no worries, I'm keeping DIM and maybe change my cursor depending on my mood :) and thanks for the tip on preventing that glitch! By the way, I'm wondering if the cursor you used on those screenshots are available for purchase? It looks nice. :+fav:

Screenshot 10

Update: I followed your instructions on forcing Windows in using 48px format and it worked like charm! I now have a bigger cursor!! This is awesome! Thanks for all your help!

(also prevented the glitch from happening so I'm all good, fully satisfied, I appreciate it)

I just noticed that not all states are included in your loop version (precision select and working in the background) but anyway, I changed what I could change and I still haven't experienced the glitch so far.

Glad everything worked! :) The cursor used in the guide is not available for download, sorry for that. I only made it for the sake of using it for the guide.

All Precision Select and Working in Background are already in "loop" by default. You can differentiate the two by noticing the animation; if the animation stops on a certain frame (e.g. DiaRes1 v4) it is non-looping. If the animation is seamless and not stopping (e.g. Working v4) this is in loop. A lot of states in the bonus folder are in loop even though there's no "loop" in their file name so be sure to check it out. Hope this helps. :)

Hey BlueGuy, I appreciate your being so responsive. I just thought it is a nice cursor to add to this collection and make it available for purchase—maybe in the future(?) :D And I promise to be one of the first to buy its premium version on its release ;)

Anyway, thanks for teaching me a lot about how cursors work especially your creations. I'm a fan, buddy. Keep it up!

Just realized you're a fellow Pinoy. Salamat! :)

ABSOLUTELY WICKED CURSORS!

Have you thought about adding more colors? I think white with black edges would look nice

I dont see 48 pixel format. All are 32 pixel.
