So, when I went to the fertility clinic a few months ago they told me that my local authority doesn't cover it for transgender patients, meaning I'd have to pay for it out of pocket.However when I went to my third appointment with the gender specialist last week (no hormones yet, sadly, since they want me to make sure I've worked all this out), I was told that they have to (more specifically the fairly expensive initial costs; I have to pay for storage, but that's a just-about-affordable fee of ~£100 a year). Wow, it's been nearly a quarter of a year since my last journal?Well, since I wrote it: I've had my follow-up appointment at the clinic. My third (and hopefully final before I go on E) will be in August. I'm living full time.
