Download 7Zip if you have windows. It works for extracting .rar files too.

. C is orange, L is aqua and Z is magenta

Okay so I downloaded it no problem but the file is saying that it's a RAR file not a INF. I don't know where to go from here can you please help?

You'll need 7-Zip (free) or winRAR to unpack the file (right click and extract files). After u extract the files, move the folder to your hard drive (it's usually C: )>WINDOWS>Cursors. Follow administrator command prompts. Then, open your mouse properties, click pointers and click on each cursor select , click browse and find the folder you placed at the address you used and select the replacement cursor, open. Do for each and apply. THEN, 'Save As' the scheme name you type in. It's easy!

***If there is an 'inf' file in the folder after u unpack it, right click on it and select install. It will do the rest.***

You extract it after downloading, then search the "install.inf", right click it and "install" (Dont know what, C Z or l, will try)
EDIT: Thats not Important, just use one (I did z)

click here to download winrar www.rarlab.com/download.htm (the world's most downloaded/least paid for program xD) run the installer for it, then go to the mouse pack file, rightclick, and it should say "extract with winrar," or some such along those lines. click that.
