Who let those scoundrels in here? If they haven't paid money I don't want to be associated with them! I am affluent now! I demand fancy cheeses on toothpicks!

I do not know who I am. I will decide that once I have ruled out everything I am not, unless I rule out everything, and that will mean I am something else.

I have an infrequently updated but never forgotten comic strip-like-production, and that is where this link goes

anything else?

I spent many years trying to please the wrong people. Don't "fake it until you make it" because if you never make it you'll be faking it until you die, and have lived a pointless life.
Interests

If you see a stupider video today, I will eat my hat. However, I shall have final approval of which hat I eat.

If you saw the version I posted last week, this is better than that!  But still likely not necessary to ever look at again.

the brief animation that it starts with can also be seen chapeau chase by bimshwel here, FOREVER.
What?!  Can I literally just paste an entry from my website and it will work here?  Only as well as it works there!

The second (and first, also) “issue” of my comic books can now be ordered from www.indyplanet.us/bimshwellian…

oh for SERIOUS now THAT website has a security certificate problem??!  Hey i SWEAR to you that link works.  You just have to open it in a new tab or change the "httpS" to "http" great fimpity this one isn't even my fault.

It features 36 needlessly dense pages, artwork superior to my photography, considerably more legible lettering than the first book and NO DOPES ((actually there is one dope on the inside back cover, don't tell anyone).

The linked page has them for 8 dollars, which may feel a tad excessive for a comic book but most comic books there have less content per page and eight fewer of them.  More panels stuffed into the the same space is not necessarily "better" but I think it works here better for what I was trying to accomplish than the usual way would have!

Of course it can still be browsed for free up to and beyond that point also on the internet, but people on the internet are peculiar sometimes so I offer both options to them.

ALSO: if you dwell outside the federated republic of United Statia and want this for some reason but think the international shipping cost is exorbitant (I sure do), please contact me directly at frimpinheap@bimshwel.com and I can send one to you through rinkety dinkity postal mail, although I could not guess when it would get to you! This is a fairly stupid time of year to try and mail things.

However, I would have gotten this out of my way much sooner if I could!  "Currently, it's taking *at least* 4-6 weeks from when a book ships to when it goes live" eventually struck me as meaning: "NOTHING will happen BEFORE 4 weeks and afterward it could be any length of time.  weeks months years."  the "-6" is misleading.  it has no meaning.
I only found out the book was finally available during a cursory check on it before I wrote a second annoyed request for information; the robot never contacted me!  I assume it was hard at work installing security certificates.

Gimme a break, robot.  That "i was driving to the bathroom when you called" story isn't going to cut it this time.  What kind of idiot would make a robot that even needs to do that?  This smiling moron should be able to interface directly with the robot car instead of needing to operate external controls!

Another more worrisome matter: It has been brought to my attention that after months of obsessively relettering the internal text, I left out the M in "bimshwellian" on the FRONT COVER of the newish comic book!  Order now before I fix that, and be the owner of a rare collectors' item. Apart from the huge pile of them I ordered for my own purposes months ago and the fact that I might not get around to changing it at all.
I am too tired to explain all the nonsense and hassles but it works now, for now.  I would like to acknowledge :iconthespook: for determining and providing some crucial information which helped me determine how to move this matter along.  I got the impression this problem was going to get worse and start affecting me on more websites in more browsers but now I have nothing to blame but my own incompetence for my obscurity!
So now you can click on www.bimshwel.com , bimshwel.com/ope/wud/?page_id=… , bimshwel.com/renk/treasure/tre… and whatever else and actually see what I was assuming you would have seen the whole time!  You probably wouldn't want to, but you could!

This of course follows up on my RAGE from earlier: Deviantart fiddles with my website links

Now I am going to have a nap!

-----------------

addendoy: I do not encounter this in google chrome or internet explorer, but I do not especially like google chrome and internet explorer yet less!  I suppose it could potentially be firefox's problem but the fact remains that I don't have this problem on other stupid art sites whatever the browser is, so the problem seems to be most likely a case of firefox being more delicately coded and consequently more sensitive to deviantart's shoddy forwarding system.
-----------------

www.bimshwel.com is my website.  It works.  It is fine.  It always has been.  But deviantart consistently alters the urls without permission, and has been doing so for at least a year. The links should be "http" NOT "https." No other site does this to me. It is SABOTAGE.  It makes me look at best like I am too dumb to put in my link properly or stopped having one and forgot to remove the links, and at WORST like I am running a criminal operation.  I don't have hundreds of dollars lying around to spend on "security certificates" and it isn't necessary. My site doesn't run any scripts. It is merely a system through which I express myself. I think it is valuable when people do so, and own their points of exhibition.  They should not have to submit to the whims of twitler blogsport livepress wordturtle whatever which might delete everything they have at any moment for no reason or cover their content with sponsored obnoxiosity.

If a person wants to look at my website they will have to manually type it the url or alter it after clicking on a link, which is extremely improbable.  The contents of my website are primarily of personal importance and I am not greatly harmed by this sabotage, at least by this point when I have accepted that obscurity is my fate, beyond the frustration of having it be affirmed in yet one more way that this social media "system" is set up to exclude certain types of voices while patting itself on the back for being a platform that provides equal opportunities.  It is one lie among many.

People who don't use deviantart like to gloat that it is "dead" or whatever.  I appreciate that there is ORDER to it and it provides a clear index of everything a person has uploaded.  You don't necessarily have to be present the instant a picture goes up to have a chance of even knowing it exists if it isn't from an overhyped celebrity figure.  But there is no justification for screwing around with my links!

Thank you and goop muck.
Have you had made and then sold, or bought custom printed posters? Or even just had them made? At 18x24 inches especially. I see Vistaprint will make them for $12 each, but I have no idea how the quality is, and I might need them too soon anyway; october 26 is about the latest I can deal with them.

I used Krita briefly when I only had access to a computer that ran on linux, which was nice, sort of, but I hated linux overall, since almost nothing that I already used would run in it.  Flash, foremost, there was no alternative to that could open its *.fla files.

Thank you for finding some value in it!  Apart from an extremely narrow interest that most people do not pick up on, I only draw what I would call the generic furry things when paid to do so, which has, admittedly, increased in frequency the past year.  Otherwise I prefer more imp-ish or whimsical sorts of beings, although I can certainly understand how those might appear to be all be the same thing!

Your work is out of this world, may I possibly do one of your smaller pixel works in Perler beads sometime in the future?

Sure, that would be funny!  Thank you for finding value in this!  All the ones I have done recently have been commissions, however, so you might want to check with the character owners before posting anything.  I do not reckon they would be bothered, though.  I should see about making a 50x50 animated one for myself instead of downscaling this 100x100 idiot.

I am having a difficult time to "label" your coloring style... You can make painting BOTH muddy and vibrant. Wth?

This is amazing. Here's a watch from me!

Thank you!  I never found anything comfortable, and am still fiddling with different methods, so that might help. I swear I have been trying my hardest the past nine years to have my coloring STOP being muddy, but I may be muddy by nature.
