Otis Manning, 29, is an mercenary hailing from the United States colony on Wolf 1061d. He is an ex-national guard member who was contracted by the British-based PMC corporation Aegis Defence Services and has taken part in a variety of military operations across multiple different planets and moons. He is seen here standing guard near a sidewalk during Operation Chainmail on KOI-5573e in 2009.
