I'm dipping my toe into the world of writing with what I refer to as a "webnovel." WTH? A webnovel? What's that? You know what a webcomic is, don't you? A serially-published comic or graphic novel made available on the Wibbly Wobbly Web, usually in one or two page installments every so many days. A webnovel is very similar in that a traditional, textual novel is made available on the WWW in installments. Finally, the ink is flowing in the veins again and I can write. At least I can do my newsletter writing and page-layout/page-design work. I can't draw worth beans but I'm pretty darn good when it comes to manipulating objects and fonts and text so I can make very nice-looking pages for newsletters, books &c. Wish I could add the newsletter design I just did to my gallery here on dA but it is for a government-related internal publication and I can't do it without a boatload of approvals. Ugh! I hate writer's block. I have newsletter articles I'm supposed to be writing and more of my story I'd like to be writing but no progress on either of them. Been going on for a week. Sad, sad, sad. :(
