I'll be at both of these events with prints and shirts. Some you've seen here, some no one has seen yet, which are going to be premiered at the RetroWorld Expo. I'll be sharing them after the events have passed.

My goal for this year was two do at least two conventions, and that goal will be achieved. For next year, I'm setting out to at least six and attend more if possible. Its kind of exciting for me, and I'm gonna do my best to make up for lost time and actually do something major with my art. I'd like to think I'm already going in the right direction with a comic I've been commissioned to work on named Southern Comfort for an independent comic company called Paint It Black Comics, and I brought wheaman along with me to bless the colors. The first issue is gonna be premiered at the New York Comic Con at booth #582.

With that said, I'll have prints, shirts, etc for sale (not through deivantART) after these conventions, and any and all feedback would be appreciated. If there's something you'd like to see or something you'd love to wear, let me know, and I'll do what I can to make that available. Provided, I'll still be doing my own thing, if the demand for particular subjects/fandoms become significant, I'll do something up.

Since the two years past that I've made my previous journal entry, and both started and quit working at a tattoo shop which will remain nameless on this entry that took up a lot of time I would usually use for doing illustration work. Now that that's out the way, I am now open for commissions again. These would be the three most recent I've done outside of the comic book:

Now, as far as my place in deviantART... I've decided a while ago that I'm gonna just stay stay off the forums, especially stay off the chats, and just make it a point to keep my own page up to date. I'm still here, I'll comment and respond to whatever messages that come my way when I get them when I can as often as I can, but I'm just going to stay in my own little nook and (despite the apparent increase of followers) try to rebuild the presence I once had on this website.

So I'll be at the New York Comic Convention with Paint It Black Comics. Honestly, I don't even know the booth number, but I'll figure it out. There's other stuff going on, but I didn't really think this journal entry out very well. I'd hold off on it, but I figure I should get that word out before anything. I'll have more info soon.

If I was to do a tutorial, what would you want me to show you? Drawing wise, what have I done, or what do I do that you would like me to elaborate on?

I post most stuff I'm working on there, because its easier. I snap photos of artwork and share it with people. Like deviantART, I do make it a point to respond to people, and I do make it a habit to follow back any other artsy folk or anyone posting anything I may be interested in. Since its from my phone, I don't have to go through too much to post sketches and such. They're mostly safe for work, save for maybe some occasionally questionably language.

The webcomic is gonna be on the way this fall, if anyone remembered me talking about it. Don't wanna talk a lot about it, but a good amount of it is going to contain foul language and all around absurdity. So some of you might like it a lot.

I've also been doing editing, but mainly comic book reviews for Nerdvolution. We do just about everything pertaining to nerd and geek interests there, so it'd be worth your time to check it out if you're into video games, comics, cartoons, etc.

I'm trying to do two different series of posts of the site. One is going to feature models into nerdy and geeky stuff like cartoons, comics, video games, anime/manga and all that good stuff. The second, and I think would probably be easier for me to find on dA is geeky/nerdy tattoos.

If you happen to have or know someone that has a geeky or nerdy tattoo, please send me a note with a photo of it and some info about it

I want to feature them, but I'd like to know the source, and not just have a bunch of the same images a lot of other sites have without the consent or knowledge of the people who did or have them.

Also, just felt I should share, but MMA Legend, Dan Henderson answered my question from twitter on national television. I know its not much a big deal with you guys, since a lot of you aren't into sports, let alone Mixed Martial Arts, but I still thought it cool enough to share.
