Wonderful...I've been looking at this for days, and had to drop in to comment.  I love the way you've kept the facial features most prominent, and the rest is very soft...like a suggestion.  Her expression is beautiful--a sort of gentle yet commanding gaze, cast casually over her shoulder.  Gorgeous tones and shading...all around amazing!
