Birth of the shield

In my opinion, this piece really stands out to me. The thing that stands out most it the middle. I take it as someone or something trying to break through the glamour and get passed the barriers to get to their dream. Like the song Now is the Time by 10 Years [link]. This song is what comes to mind when I see this. It basically says "wake up from your pety fantasy and work for what you want. If you really want it you will act like you want it."

This interpretation could be completely and 100% wrong and not what you had in mind when you created it but, it's what I took from it.
