Complications

Fame: Rarity is one of the Elements of Harmony, who have repeatedly saved Equestria.

Generosity: Rarity is the Element of Generosity. She gains a HP when she gives of herself at a personal expense (sacrificing her tail in the first episode is a key example).

Perfectionist: Rarity will always prefer to be elegant and clean when she can help it. For example, when she goes looking for gems for her dresses, she'll hire Spike to dig them up and let him eat a few as payment.

Pony: Ponies lack hands. This causes the problems one expects it to but the ponies in MLP can work around this limitation (such as holding a pencil in their mouth to write). Still, even basic things like holding onto an object while moving can be fairly tricky in some situations and usually requires them to hold it in their mouth. Rarity has better luck with that than most, due to her unicorn magic basically giving her telekinesis.

Power Loss: Any blow to her horn requires Rarity to either make a Will save (DC is of attack that struck the horn) or drop any magic she was using at the time.

Relationship: With her family, particularly her sister, Sweetie Belle.

Languages: Equestrian

I'd give Rarity the following additional traits:

* Connected (can call in favors thanks to her generosity and charms)

* Benefit 2 (Wealth)

* Perhaps a couple of ranks of Presence
