Well, I guess I'm leaving deviantART. I wish I could say it's been fun...I think it's actually messed up my self-esteem a bit, although I've loved some of the people that I've met here. The truth is that my little community that first made me feel welcome dissolved a long time ago, and I've been floating in the breeze for a while. Ever since I stopped drawing fanart I've felt a distinct chill. I'm leaving everything up, though.

I graduated yesterday! Huzzah! Although I guess it was two days ago now. I've got some junk planned for the summer, and I'll be taking a hiatus at the end of July for my trip.

I put it in my gallery and I'm putting it in a short story collection (Cataract). But I originally made it for the Random House Creative Writing contest, a NYC thing. They have a poetry section, a fiction section, a memoir section, and a "graphic novel" section, with a first prize winner for each section. SO I WON
