Yes, Stable Diffusion is Free. In Youtube you can seee many installation tutorials.

I am not a fan of AI images, but i like AI assisted images, now i do dabble in AI, after all it is a tool, so i know a bit about AI, but when i look at your images i wonder, is it truly just AI, or is it AI with say photoshop? as these seem too crisp and lacking in the amount of errors in the images. fantastic images.
