It had been over a week and the Light Fury had still not come out of the den. Whenever Toothless came by, she grunted and covered her face with her wing. Toothless started to get worried. She was usually never like this.
Toothless gave the Light fury a pile of fish. She looked at the pile, looked at Toothless, then looked away. Toothless was confused. He started to lose his appetite as well. He stared off a cliff, because staring off a cliff is the best way to realize your destiny. Or something. No matter how hard he stared into the distance, he couldn't see into the future. He snarled and swiped at the cliff, as if saying, "Thanks for wasting my time."
Annoyed, he decided to sleep outside the den. Suddenly, something caught his ear. A soft grumbling was coming from the den. Panicked, he rushed in to see what had happened.
The Light fury was perfectly fine. Toothless looked at her, as if expecting her to do something. Cautiously, she lifted her wing.
