I figured since my mom loves watching this movie called "What's Love Got to Do with It", which is an biographical film that focuses on the life of singer & songwriter, Tina Turner, I thought it would be neat to do a portrait of her. Ever since her death 2 years ago, I would consider her as one of the greatest rock & roll singers of all time. Her music is truly astounding and quite nostalgic to many 80s and 90s fans. Although she went through tumultuous marriage with Ike Turner, Tina embarked on a very successful solo and became a cultural icon.
