NEW: Prints now available!

This is a photo I took in Greece. I also made the drawing on paper.
I'm going to start something new in the "Pencil Vs Camera" series,
I'll try to see "through things". This image is the beginning of a new
turn in the PvsC concept... Some details of the above image HERE

Thanks a lot for your appreciated feedbacks and comments.

Please, see the whole "Pencil Vs Camera" album

The above photo has been shot with the Samsung NX10

Convey My Destiny

A poem by Peter S. Quinn

Convey my destiny
That to my door calls
And spread its wings free
Before Icarus falls
Profit prosper days
Those to the roads lie
Balance each the bays
The oceans and the sky

Like corn in wind sways
My fate is to and fro
And nothing ever stays
That really has to go
Up to heights - to win
Mount the climbing high
There is so much within
Or efforts will surely die

X-ray vision is a must for artist now a days, lol, such a fun idea. You could do one in which you find strange things in the most unexpected places. Cool piece.

Very unique concepts that you have. It is wonderful that young minds are coming up with such creative work.
Don't have time for a full critique but the one thing that struck me in this piece is the fact that you changed the background in the drawing to the desert and the horses are on some Greek Isle! Very clever. Your pencil work is great- could use a bit more shadowing I feel but that is just my likes/dislikes.

You have certainly gained much mastery over the graphic pencil. Would love to see some color pencil work with b&w photos. That would be awesome!!
Take care,

Jana aka Kaberle

Sorry to bother you, but I have been scanning your work and I think you take a very unique perspective to life around you in your work. I am currently studying AS level art, and currently am doing a topic called "inside/outside". I think your work would be absolutely perfect for an artist study, if you would be willing for me to print your work and reproduce segments of your art as studies of you as an artist? I'd write about your work, and try to recreate your techniques in a few tries of my own.
Thank you

This reminds me of this bullshit story I made up at Girl Scout camp when I was a kid. It was about this evil skeleton horse.
