This is the landscape I saw from the top of Beynac Castle, in the Dordogne department of France. I visited this beautiful place last week. I spent several days to assemble and edit some 20 photos I took while I was there (no fisheye, no autopano!). The original image is huge and it was quite a challenge this time because my graphic tablet just got damaged and I had to do almost everything with a standard mouse. :)

The above image has been created with photos taken with the Samsung NX10, which has been provided to me by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

The perspective here is probably the single most powerful aspect of this entire picture. It is almost as though it was taken from a helicopter with a very powerful fish eye lens. I just think that alone is pretty amazing. The viewer can really see the entire landscape from this angle and just the geometry of how the landscape was composed. I do not usually view landscape photos often and when I see this and the people on the side of this image below they look like little ants which only reinforces the dynamics of this picture. Excellent piece of work. Keep it up!
